Your first year is on us

Why only 50?
Most homes won’t qualify. Yours might.
We won’t compromise the personal service our existing landlords rely on. Fifty homes is what we can welcome properly, so we’re selective about which ones.
Minimum monthly rent by size
Based on our own rental valuation of your home, not just an estimate.

Is it really free?
Every Logan fee is waived for the first 12 months from your tenancy start date: management, set-up, boards, everything.
You pay for compliance certificates, inventory reports and photography where needed, at published prices, plus repairs and maintenance. These are costs of letting a home, not our fees.
Why would you do this?
Because it’s cheaper for us to earn your trust than to buy an advert. After years managing Edinburgh homes, we know landlords who try us tend to stay. We’re happy to bet a year on that.
Is there a commitment?
Yes, and we’re upfront about it. The Logan 50 is a three-year management agreement. Year one is free; years two and three are at our standard fee, and the percentage is fixed for the whole term.
Good management is a long game. Three years lets us do it properly, and it’s how we can afford to make year one free.
What if I need to end it early?
You can, on 30 days’ notice. You’d repay a proportion of the fees we waived in year one, and nothing else. There are no other exit fees.
What if I sell, or want to move back in?
Life changes, and we get that. Nothing to repay if you sell your home, you or close family move in, or in the event of death or serious illness.
What if you don’t keep your promise?
Tell us. If we break our Peace of Mind Promise and don’t put it right within 28 days, you can leave owing us nothing. That’s how confident we are.
What happens after three years?
Your agreement continues on our standard terms, renewing every 12 months, and you can end it on 30 days’ notice before any renewal. From then on, you stay because you want to.
Why the minimum rents and the 10-home limit?
They keep the Logan 50 high-quality and balanced, so our managers can give every landlord real attention.
I already have an agent. Can I switch?
Yes. We’ll help you check your notice terms and handle the switch, including the deposit and letting your tenant know.
